The Backstory
Hi, I'm Roy. Intention is the word that holds my work together. Whether I'm architecting a Notion workspace for a growing team or designing a career program for a 16 year old, the question is the same: does this help people do their best work and flourish?
My Story
In my early twenties, I stepped into public life earlier than most people do. It was a defining chapter of meaning, challenge, and expectation. When I eventually stepped away, I faced the question most people avoid: who am I without the title?
I rebuilt my answer through writing, reflection, and systems. Tools like Notion taught me to connect technology with self-awareness, and that practice became the foundation of everything I do today.
Now my work centres on helping others do the same: integrating technology with intention, so structure serves meaning and people can build lives that support who they truly are.

As a Notion Implementation Expert at Opptymizer, and a Certified Notion Service Specialist and Admin, I design connected workspaces, AI workflows, and automation systems for ambitious teams and individuals, from Hong Kong SMEs to solopreneurs in California. My specialty is reading the logic behind how a business runs, then turning scattered tools and manual routines into systems people can maintain themselves.
