Services
Choose your path: learn it yourself, have it built for you, or bring your whole team along.
1-on-1 Consultation
A focused 60-minute video consultation that saves you dozens of hours of trial and error.
Done-for-You
I design and build the system for you: a Notion workspace, a Google Sheets solution, or simple automation, complete from diagnosis to handover.
Team Workshop
A 2.5-hour hands-on workshop that gets your whole team working in one shared, clearly structured workspace.
Case Studies
From AI training at a 10,000-person company to a client system for a one-person business. Each project started with a real problem.
Corporate Training
A company of more than 10,000 staff had 200+ Notion users, and most of them only used it for notes. I worked with Notion's Singapore team to design and deliver three on-site sessions.
100+ participants built a working prototype of their own team system during the sessions
Automation
A Hong Kong debate education company filled in and calculated every quote and invoice by hand, one to two hours each.
Each invoice went from one to two hours to one click; this solution has almost no tool costs, compared with about HK$1,560 a month for a comparable option
Custom Workspace
A content strategist in California was running ideas, production and client records across Substack, Trello, Google Docs and a calendar.
Content production, leads and projects now run in one Notion system, delivered fully remotely across time zones
Notion Templates
I turned the Notion systems I use every day into templates. Set one up yourself first, then decide your next step when it feels right.

Testimonials
So far, the client CRM is SO AMAZING. It's so simple I can't believe it. The other way was such a slog to get through. Thank you!
You just made my day! This is such a fun collaboration. It helped me understand my own half-baked process better so I can streamline things!
So Far So Brilliant! I'm new to Notion and this template is taking a ton of pressure off my brain. I'm working on creating a flow system for myself and this is perfect! Thank you!
Love it! You read my mind! This is great for separating multiple "areas" of life, and I love the mobile view!
Awesome! This template is so organized and creatively set up. Has so much variety and opportunities to organize your goals and projects!
About
Hi, I'm Roy. Intention is the word that holds my work together. Whether I'm architecting a Notion workspace for a growing team or designing a career program for a 16 year old, the question is the same: does this help people do their best work and flourish?
Learn Notion & AI
"With Claude Code and Codex around, why do you still need Notion?" I have heard this question many times, so here is a proper answer. The split between Notion and Claude is actually clear: Claude makes execution faster, and Notion shows you where to run.
Claude is one of the strongest AI tools available today, but Hong Kong users hit a wall when they try to sign up directly. This guide shows you how to get Claude Pro in 7 steps, without an overseas phone number or credit card.
If any of this resonates, let's connect. Whether you're building a system for your team, exploring Notion, or figuring out your next chapter, I'd love to help you do your best work.
