Roy PunThese terms apply to paid Notion × AI consultations provided by Roy Pun. Individuals, freelancers, businesses and organisations are welcome to book.

1. Service scope
This service is a one-off 60-minute online consultation via Google Meet. It includes:
- Reviewing your existing Notion system and workflows to identify areas for improvement
- Providing suggestions for system structure and AI use
- Demonstrating key settings during the session
The service does not include a full system build, creating an entire workspace on your behalf, ongoing support or management outside the consultation, or troubleshooting technical faults in third-party tools.
The scope, fees and terms for full system builds and team workshops will be confirmed separately in writing.
2. Fees and refunds
- The fee is HK$400 per session, payable before the consultation to confirm your booking.
- Payments are non-refundable if you cancel your booking. To reschedule, please follow section 3.
- If Roy needs to cancel and a new appointment cannot be arranged, you will receive a full refund.
- These arrangements do not affect your statutory rights.
3. Rescheduling and cancellation
- You may reschedule free of charge at least 48 hours before your appointment, with no limit on the number of changes.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment, or failure to attend, will count as a used appointment, with no refund or additional time. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

- If Roy needs to cancel, he will discuss a new appointment with you. If a new appointment cannot be arranged, all payments for that consultation will be refunded.
4. Client responsibilities
To help the consultation run smoothly, you must:
- Have the relevant Notion account or permission to use and show your organisation's workspace
- Be able to share your screen and show your existing system during the consultation
- Prepare your needs and questions in advance
- Manage account permissions and data backups, and ensure you have permission to share the data discussed
5. Confidentiality
- Both parties will keep non-public information and content encountered during the consultation confidential.
- Roy will not disclose your systems, data or business information to third parties unless required by law or with your prior consent.
- You may apply the consultation content in your own work and business and share it with internal colleagues who need it. Non-public proprietary methods or designs supplied by Roy must be kept confidential and must not be disclosed externally without consent, unless required by law.

6. Intellectual property and usage rights
- Templates, designs and suggestions provided during the consultation are licensed for use in your own personal life, work and business. This includes internal use within your business or organisation and modifications as needed.
- You may use this content to support your day-to-day business and provide services to your own clients. You may not resell, transfer or commercially distribute the templates or designs themselves without separate written consent.
- You have the usage and modification rights described above for designs made for your system. Your existing data and content remain yours.
7. Service responsibilities
- Roy will provide the consultation with reasonable care and skill.
- The service provides suggestions and direction without guaranteeing specific outcomes. Results depend on your input and implementation.
- Third-party tools such as Notion and AI platforms are operated by their respective providers. Service interruptions, policy changes and data handling are subject to those providers' terms.
- These terms do not exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, and do not affect your statutory rights.
