FAQ
I am completely new to Notion. Should I book a consultation?
Try the basic features first, or read the Notion beginners guide. Once you are familiar with the basics and have a workflow to organise or specific questions, you can book. You do not need a complete system beforehand.
Is one hour really enough?
One hour is suited to one or two main questions, such as your Notion system structure, AI workflows, or how the two work together. We will clarify your direction and next steps, with live demonstrations of key settings. Full system builds, ongoing support, and managed services require a separate arrangement.
How can I follow up after the consultation?
You will receive relevant learning resources after the session. If you need more support, you can book another consultation. System builds, training, and automation are scoped and quoted separately according to your needs.
Can you build the whole system for me?
This consultation includes a system review, advice, and live demonstrations. It does not include a full system build. We can discuss a separate build afterwards, with its scope, fees, and terms confirmed in writing.
What should I prepare beforehand?
Bring one or two main questions: what takes too much time, where your Notion setup gets stuck, and what you want to achieve. Note any AI tools you have tried or want to explore.
Why not just watch YouTube tutorials?
YouTube tutorials are general content, and everyone's workflow is different. A one-to-one consultation gives advice tailored to your situation and saves a lot of trial and error.
Can I reschedule after booking? Are there refunds?
You can reschedule free of charge at least 48 hours before the appointment, with no limit on the number of changes. Changes with less than 48 hours of notice and missed appointments count as used sessions. Client cancellations are non-refundable. If Roy cancels and a new time cannot be arranged, you will receive a full refund. See the Terms of Service for details and your applicable rights.
