- Email signup: when you leave your email address to get a free template or subscribe to the newsletter, I receive your email address.
- Booking a call: when you book a free call or a paid consultation through the Google Calendar booking page, I receive your name, email address and any other details you choose to provide.
- Email: when you email me, I receive your email address and your message.
Information collected automatically
- Site analytics: this site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it, such as which pages are viewed, which site referred you, your approximate region and the device you use. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this information.
How I use it
- To send the templates, email course and newsletter you asked for
- To arrange, confirm and run consultations, and to follow up on your enquiries
- To learn which content is useful to readers and improve the site
I do not sell or rent your personal data, and I do not use it for any other purpose without your consent unless the law requires it.
Services I share it with
I use the following third-party services to run the site. Each handles the relevant data under its own privacy policy:

Payments for paid consultations are handled by the payment service connected to the booking page. I do not receive or store your full card details. Some of these services store data on servers outside Hong Kong, so your data may be processed and stored outside Hong Kong.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Doing so does not affect your ability to read the site.
Your rights
- Unsubscribe: every newsletter email has an unsubscribe link, and you can leave at any time.
- Access and correction: you can ask to see or correct the personal data I hold about you.
- Deletion: you can ask me to delete your personal data, unless I need to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
