My Story
I have always been fascinated by how people grow, what helps them find direction, stay grounded, and live with purpose. That curiosity did not come from theory. It came from experience.
In my early twenties, I served in public office as one of Hong Kong’s youngest district councillors. It was a defining period filled with meaning, challenge, and growth. It also came with the pressure of expectation and the weight of public life. When I eventually stepped away, I found myself questioning everything. Who am I without the title? What does success really mean?
That period of reflection became the start of a new journey focused on clarity, integration, and inner growth. I turned to writing, reading, and building systems to make sense of the chaos. Through journaling and digital tools like Notion, I learned to connect technology with self-awareness, not as a way to escape but as a way to understand myself better.
Over time, this evolved into a practice of helping others do the same. Through youth programs, workshops, and Notion systems, my work now centers on helping people integrate structure with meaning and design lives that support who they truly are.
I began working with young people through the CoCoon Foundation, where I lead initiatives in career and well-being education. I design learning experiences that help students explore their strengths, uncover their values, and take intentional steps toward the future. Watching them discover their own sense of purpose reminded me why this work matters.
Alongside this, I started creating Notion templates and AI systems, not just for productivity but for personal alignment. I love turning abstract ideas like growth, reflection, and intention into practical tools that help people flourish.
Today, my work blends psychology, systems thinking, and technology, the same elements that helped me rebuild clarity in my own life. I see it as an ongoing journey of learning, creating, and sharing what I have discovered along the way.
When I am not working, I find balance through martial arts, strength training, and reading. These practices remind me that growth is not about moving faster but about moving with awareness.
If my story resonates with you, I hope it reminds you that clarity is not something you find once. It is something you practice, one thoughtful system and one honest reflection at a time.
Ideas I Live By
Clarity creates freedom
When life feels chaotic, I return to structure. Clarity is not about control but about creating space for focus and flow. The clearer my systems become, the more creative and grounded I feel. Every framework I design, whether for work, learning, or life, exists to support freedom, not limit it.
Growth through intention
Progress begins with awareness. Instead of chasing intensity, I aim for consistent improvement, showing up and getting one percent better each day. True growth is not about speed but about alignment, making sure every action serves a meaningful purpose.
Purpose meets structure
Meaning without structure drifts into wishful thinking, and structure without meaning becomes mechanical. I believe in designing systems that turn ideas into action, where goals connect with habits, and purpose translates into sustainable results.
Flourish through curiosity
Inspired by Martin Seligman’s philosophy of flourishing, I view a good life as one built on curiosity, engagement, relationships, meaning, and accomplishment. Flourishing is not perfection; it is the continuous pursuit of what makes life worth living. Curiosity keeps me learning, humility keeps me open, and purpose keeps me moving forward.
In veritate vivas spemque custodias
Live in truth and guard your hope. To me, this means facing reality with honesty, maintaining hope through uncertainty, and believing that clarity, courage, and compassion can coexist. Growth is not about having all the answers; it is about staying true to what matters while continuing to learn, build, and serve.
