Roy is a tech-embracing program executive dedicated to youth development and career planning. With experience coaching debate teams and managing youth programs, he specializes in bridging the gap between young people and the future of work.
As Hong Kong’s former youngest District Councilor and a former project assistant in engineering, his diverse background enables him to create impactful solutions through stakeholder collaboration and community building.
Driven by his own journey of personal growth, Roy is passionate about empowering youth to discover their potential and achieve their goals. His mission is to combine human-centric approaches with technological advancement to create more accessible and impactful career opportunities for the next generation. He believes in equal opportunities for all Hong Kong’s young people and channels this belief through his work in youth career development programs and community initiatives.
